Welcome to Sober People Meet – Where Your Journey Matters, and Your Story Belongs

At Sober People Meet, we believe recovery is about rebuilding a life of purpose, happiness, and genuine human connection rather than just staying sober. We are here to help you at any stage of your journey, no matter how long you have been on this path or how early you are in your recovery.
We’re not just a website. We’re a community. A haven for people who are experiencing mental health challenges, substance use issues, or just looking for a greater quality of life. Our platform is based on the idea that everyone deserves compassion, support, and the chance to connect without worrying about being judged, no matter their past.

Created by Someone Who’s Walked the Walk

Sober People Meet is a newly launched platform, born from a deep understanding of the real challenges that come with addiction recovery and mental health struggles. This community was created in response to a real need: a meaningful, continuous connection. It was founded by a committed professional with years of experience in substance use and behavioral health. Here, you'll find more than resources. You’ll find real people, real conversations, and real change.

Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To provide a stigma-free, safe, and supportive space where people handling the challenges of mental health and sobriety can gather to connect, learn, heal, and build genuine, long-lasting relationships. Our mission is to help each individual on their path to recovery to take back their stories, find their voice, and interact with a supportive and understanding community.

Our Vision

To become the world’s most trusted and welcoming sober living and mental wellness community—where people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds feel seen, valued, and supported. In our ideal future, sobriety will be about inspiration rather than loneliness. Our goal is to remove the stigma, put an end to the silence, and reimagine what recovery looks like: caring, community-driven, and connected.
